Pre-licensed Therapist

It’s not always easy to name what’s weighing on you, especially when you’ve been in survival mode for a long time. If that’s where you are, I want you to know that therapy doesn’t have to be one more place you perform. Here, there’sroom for your story; even the parts you’re still figuring out how to tell. Every story deserves to be held with care, especially when it has been shaped by culture, identity, or silence. I believe that healing happens in connection, through relationships with others, yes, but also through the relationship you rebuild with yourself.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Relational-Cultural Therapy, with a deep respect for identity, cultural values, and personal history. I support clients working through trauma, anxiety, identity-related stress, and ADHD, especially those who feel disconnected from themselves or unsure how to voice what they’re feeling.

As a multicultural, BIPOC-affirming counselor, I understand the layers of healing that happen when clients are finally seen in the full context of who they are. While working with me, clients can expect to improve their relationships with themselves and others, and gain a clearer sense of who they are and why they matter.

Outside of sessions, I’m a commissioned artist who has recently fallen in love with crochet paintings, and a lifelong lover of dance and movement. I practice capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art that has taught me a great deal about rhythm, culture, and community. I bring that same spirit into my work, where creativity, presence, and resilience are honored. If you’re looking for a space to reconnect, breathe, and begin healing at your own pace, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Book your free consultation to get started.
