Are you feeling overwhelmed trying to support your child, teen, or even yourself through a challenging season?
When emotions run high, behaviors shift, or communication breaks down, it can leave families feeling disconnected, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next.
I work with children, adolescents, individuals, and families navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and disconnection. Whether you’re a parent trying to better understand your child, a teen working through big emotions, or an individual exploring identity and growth, therapy can be a space where you feel supported and understood.
For children and teens, our work focuses on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, and identifying their unique strengths. I often incorporate creative approaches such as art, play, storytelling, and music to help younger clients express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. I value each child’s autonomy while also partnering closely with parents because the most effective support happens when we work as a team.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert in your life and your family, and I work alongside you to create meaningful, realistic goals. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the deeper roots of challenges and develop strategies that align with who you are. When needed, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools to provide structure and immediate, solution-focused support.
Together, we create a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported—one where growth and transformation can happen in ways that feel empowering and sustainable.
I integrate evidence-based practices through a relational and multicultural lens, honoring how culture, identity, and lived experience shape each person’s story.
