Are you feeling listless, depressed, anxious, or isolated?
Maybe you’re dealing with procrastination, behavioral addictions, or challenges maintaining a stable mood. Perhaps you’ve even experienced psychosis and are looking for support after stabilizing.
Therapy offers a space to process these experiences with an empathetic other—to gain insight, heal, and move toward a full life without being limited by a diagnosis.
I provide a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where you can share openly and begin to understand yourself more deeply. As we work together, we’ll identify goals aimed at your wellness and healing. My approach is primarily existential-humanistic (person-centered and logotherapy in particular), and I often draw from CBT, coherence therapy, and ACT.
I’ve also worked as a certified peer specialist in mental health, supporting people through a wide range of challenges in a peer-to-peer setting. That experience taught me how much it matters to feel respected, heard, and empowered in therapy—and how much harm can come when that’s missing. I bring that understanding into every session, creating an environment where your autonomy and personhood come first.
If you’re looking for affordable therapy and a space where you feel truly seen and respected, please feel welcome to schedule a free consultation. I’d be honored to work with you.
