I serve as the Clinical Operations and Content Coordinator at A Place for Me Counseling and Therapy Access, supporting both our clients and clinicians to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across every step of the process.
In my role, I help manage the clinical operations that keep the practice running effectively. This includes supporting documentation workflows, tracking clinician progress and accountability, and helping ensure that all aspects of client care are organized, timely, and aligned with our standards. I also monitor inquiries and help guide clients through the initial stages of connecting with the practice, working closely with leadership to support strong matches between clients and clinicians.
As a former intern with the practice, I bring a deep understanding of our clinical model, values, and expectations. I approach my work with attention to detail, care for the client experience, and a commitment to supporting both our team and the individuals we serve.
My goal is to help create a system in which both clients and clinicians feel supported, informed, and confident in the care provided.
