I work with adolescents and adults who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, emotional stress, and self-doubt. Therapy with me offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, explore your experiences, and begin to build a deeper understanding of yourself.
As a pre-licensed therapist working under supervision, my approach is humanistic and person-centered. I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and care. I also incorporate motivational interviewing and other evidence-based techniques to support self-awareness, growth, and meaningful change.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, learning to play the piano, and spending time with my family. These moments help me stay grounded and present, which I bring into my work with clients.
