Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, or wondering if you’re ever “good enough”?
Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling in relationships, or feeling caught between different expectations—whether from yourself, your family, or your culture. If so, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin moving forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.

I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms—it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can navigate life’s challenges with confidence and embrace who you are authentically. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore not only what you’re experiencing today, but also the experiences and patterns that have shaped who you are, while building practical skills that support lasting growth outside of our sessions.

Who I Work With
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, college students, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship concerns, family stress, self-esteem challenges, and multicultural issues.

About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy creating art, photography, staying active, and continuing to learn about psychology, creativity, and human development. I would be honored to support you wherever you are in your journey.
