I support individuals navigating anxiety, executive functioning challenges, and trauma. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based strategies with insight-oriented work. Together, we work to better understand patterns that contribute to overwhelm, build realistic coping skills, and strengthen self-trust.
