My approach is collaborative and rooted in a constructivist perspective. I believe the meaning you have made from your experiences matters, and that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we explore your story, build insight, and identify the strengths and resources that can help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 14 years working as a registered nurse, supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience continues to shape how I show up in therapy with compassion, presence, and deep respect for each person’s resilience.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward growth, healing, and a greater sense of direction in your life.
