My approach is warm and nonjudgmental, creating a supportive environment where you can explore your experiences openly. I work from a psychodynamic and existential perspective, helping you understand how your past, relationships, and internal narratives shape your present, while also focusing on what matters most to you moving forward.
When working with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help partners better understand their emotions, improve communication, and rebuild connection.
I also enjoy working with athletes, particularly female athletes, exploring the connection between performance, identity, body image, and life outside of athletics.
Together, we will build insight, strengthen relationships, and help you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in your life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, my fiancé, and our two cats. I also enjoy running, baking, and reading, which help me stay balanced and connected.
