Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or navigating relationships that leave you feeling disconnected? Maybe you’re carrying the weight of trauma or cultural expectations and don’t know how to move forward. You don’t have to carry it alone—therapy can help you make sense of what you’re going through and begin to move toward something better.
I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m based in Atlanta and provide trauma-informed counseling that’s culturally responsive and grounded in compassion. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that have shaped your life and begin rewriting your story in a way that feels true to who you are and where you want to go.
I specialize in anxiety, relationship and sex therapy, trauma recovery (including PTSD, sexual abuse, and intimate partner violence), and supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+individuals. I also work with college students navigating academic stress, identity, and life transitions.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, hiking, tending to my plants, and spending time with my partner, family, and friends—these activities help me stay grounded and connected as well.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Reach out to schedule a consultation today, and let’s take that first step together.
