Life asks a lot of you. And somewhere between keeping up and holding it all together, the parts of you that need attention, your identity, your needs, your healing, don’t always get the space they deserve.

If you’ve been feeling lost, weighed down by past experiences, navigating anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, you’re not alone. Therapy can be a place where you slow down, reflect, and begin making sense of it all.

Therapy with me offers a supportive, thoughtful space where we unpack what you’ve been carrying, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, emotional balance, stronger relationships, and a more grounded sense of who you are and what you want.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I often work from a psychodynamic lens, exploring how early experiences and relationships continue to shape your present. I also incorporate Adlerian perspectives, focusing on belonging, purpose, and relational patterns. When helpful, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools to support you in identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns. I hold a feminist, culturally aware perspective, ensuring your experiences, identity, and voice remain central in our work.

In our sessions, we stay curious. We connect the dots between your past and present. We explore what keeps coming up and begin creating new ways of being that feel more aligned, intentional, and authentic to you.

As a Brazilian immigrant, I deeply value culture, identity, and the many ways people experience the world. I believe there is no one right way to be human. My role is to support you as you explore who you are fully and without pressure to fit a mold.
