Are you feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, uncertain about your relationships, or carrying emotional experiences from the past that still affect your day-to-day life? Maybe you’re navigating major changes, coping with stress, or noticing patterns in your family or personal relationships that feel difficult to break. Therapy can provide a safe, supportive space to explore these challenges, gain clarity, and build tools for lasting growth.
My clinical interests include life transitions, relationship challenges, and intergenerational trauma— especially within Black and African American individuals, couples, and families. I am committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care that honors your unique story, identity, and strengths. What sets me apart is my ability to listen deeply, communicate with empathy, and support clients during moments of vulnerability. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy creating beautiful memories with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and staying active through dance and fitness. I am also passionate about learning all I can about mental health, personal growth, and overall health and wellness.
If you are seeking therapy in Atlanta and want a compassionate, collaborative space to explore your experiences, I invite you to reach out. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward growth and healing.
